Weekly Conversations for Entrepreneurs Navigating a Complex World

Purpose

Finding YOUR Way is a weekly online gathering designed to help entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders navigate the growing complexity of modern business and society.

Business owners today face unprecedented challenges: rapid technological change, information overload, economic uncertainty, and constant pressure to make important decisions with incomplete information. Many entrepreneurs feel they must figure everything out alone.

Finding YOUR Way exists to change that.

These sessions create a community of shared learning and collective intelligence where participants can explore ideas, develop practical skills, and learn from the experience of others. The goal is to help participants strengthen their ability to think clearly, make better decisions, and build resilient businesses.

The sessions draw on the philosophy behind Wayfinders Business Co-operative, which emphasizes practical wisdom, systems thinking, and the power of community collaboration.

When thoughtful people bring their experience and perspectives together, they often discover solutions and opportunities that none of them could have seen alone.

Format

Finding YOUR Way alternates between two types of sessions that complement one another.

Community of Practice (Mastermind Sessions)

These sessions are hosted and facilitated by Randal Adcock of Wayfinders Business Co-operative.

Participants bring:

    • business challenges they are working on

    • opportunities they are exploring

    • questions about strategy, technology, or management

Through structured conversation and collaborative thinking, the group explores ideas, offers insights, and helps participants see problems from new perspectives.

These sessions function as a business community of practice, where people learn from one another’s experience in real time. Everyone is encouraged to put on their thinking caps and reframe their business insights. It’s a win-win-win environment!

Guest Presenter Sessions

On alternating weeks, the program features guest speakers who share expertise on topics relevant to entrepreneurs and professionals. These are not sales pitches. Formal presentations are followed by Question and Answer sessions.

Typical topics may include:

    • business strategy

    • leadership and management

    • marketing and customer development

    • artificial intelligence and emerging technologies

    • economic and industry trends

    • professional development

Guest presenters provide practical insights that participants can apply immediately in their businesses.

Sessions are recorded and placed on Wayfinders’ YouTube Channel
