Business Resource Club

A Community of Collective Intelligence for Entrepreneurs and Professionals

Purpose

The Wayfinders Business Resource Club brings entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders together for informal but purposeful conversations that help people solve real business challenges, learn from one another, and build trusted professional relationships.

Running a business today can be complex and sometimes isolating. No one person has all the answers. The Resource Club creates a welcoming environment where participants can share experiences, exchange ideas, and discover practical insights together.

The club is built on a simple but powerful principle:

When thoughtful people share experience and perspectives, better ideas emerge.

Through these conversations, participants often discover new strategies, useful contacts, and creative solutions that none of them would likely have developed alone.

The goal is not aggressive networking or forced referrals. Instead, the club emphasizes:

    • trust

    • mutual learning

    • practical experience

    • long-term relationships

Over time, these conversations naturally lead to collaboration, opportunities, and stronger local business communities.

Format

Each session is a relaxed lunch conversation with structure designed to encourage meaningful discussion.

A typical meeting includes:

Welcome and Introductions
Participants briefly introduce themselves, their work, and the kinds of clients or projects they enjoy.

Icebreaker Conversation
A light question helps people get to know one another and encourages participation.

Hot Topic Discussion
Each session features a business topic or challenge such as:

    • marketing strategies that work

    • managing difficult clients

    • AI tools for small business

    • business scams and fraud awareness

    • hiring and team development

    • lessons learned from business mistakes

Topics are often promoted in advance.

Mastermind Problem-Solving
Participants may present a real business challenge and receive ideas, insights, or resources from the group.

Takeaways and Future Topics
Participants share insights and suggest topics they would like to explore in future sessions.

The tone is informal, respectful, and collaborative.
